I got glitched with sound and got stuck without being able to progress. Wanted to delete the recording, but decided to cut out the good stuff, in the hope you guys can do something about the bad stuff. Specs below clip.
Side note: I may have missed something that was supposed to trigger the next event in the last bit.

This game had me hitting high notes. This is truly the loudest I've ever screamed. 10/10 Also, the voice acting is top quality. So far the best horror game I've played.
I cant find answers anywhere. I already checked my system based on the requirements but I cannot get the game to work. Once the main menu opens up the background is a black screen. I can open the inventory and menu but they get stuck on the screen while the visuals are still black. Has anyone solved this problem?
Absolutely LOVED this demo, thank you! Had me jumping quite a few times and it was fairly challenging which was great. I am eager to play more already! :)
This was a ton of fun! Really loved the variety in scares and I'm incredibly impressed with how everything came together. From voice acting to the graphics, everything seems so polished. Looking forward to the full release next year!
Hey! I played the old demo a while back and I saw this new demo. I just had to play it since the old one was fantastic. Wow, I am impressed by the difference you have made in the past year and half. The gameplay is just fun and unique. I found a bug weirdly enough where I could bring in the rain with me from outside. I threw a coffee mug outside and the rain joined me. I have wishlisted this game on steam and I cannot wait for the full release! Great Job Darkstone! I wish you success.

this game is very uncomfortable for me because a lot of reason. and it quite fun to do mortuary job it like a simulation but with a entities is bothering me at the same time.
this games got so much potential but its also got so many glitches witch are usually fine but in this case did halt my progress entirely to the point of hafting to restart but other than that great game with some cool scares and mechanics all round overall 7/10 for the glitches otherwise it would be a 10 if you want to see my full playthrough of this here it is

Were you playing v1.1.4? The latest version fixes a number of game breaking issues that came from the previous build.
Edit: just checked your video. You happened to grab the one version (v1.1.3) that had about 3 different game breaking bugs. 1.1.2 was fine and 1.1.4 is fine. Sorry you experienced the buggy version!
To experience it completely I played the game myself even after watching multiple videos on YouTube. Got scared even then XD, this guy knows how to drive our soul out of the body🤣. The music, the ambiance, models are so in sync with the entire plot. Hope the complete version gets released soon without any troubles.
Another thing, I managed to collect ash in a bag, found some fuse and a matchbox, am I supposed to do anything with that in-game?
Here are some glitch-like thingies that I found after playing it 3 times, hope it helps you in clearing them.
I noticed when we do things in random order the game starts to show glitches, like when we purposefully open and pull out all the dead body containers, and if we keep it like that, at some point in the game the container doors start to slam on its own and we will not be able to close them.
Another thing is after taking the women's body onto the stretcher we can put her near to the incinerator's door and if we make her lie down there, that event where the body pointing to the infinite hallway scene will happen without the dead body being not even in place to point.
And at last, while I was about to cut the side of her throat the game didn't allow me to do so as there was a tissue roll on the ground near to where I should stand and do the task, I tried to push the tissue roll with a vase but didn't help, the vase went straight through the roll.
Very cool. Having played the original teaser, I think it wasn't as creepy as it should have been because I knew what to expect. But the new additions and updated parts were really good. Looking forward to the full release!
I loved this game so much!! truly terrifying and made my heart stop at so many moments 😭, just one random question, who is the voice actor for the character we play as? I've looked everywhere but can't find any info on the voice actors, besides that I really enjoyed this game tysm!
Ok , I want to start out saying the game was amazing! However I did run into some glitches that made me have to restart the game a couple times and I may have gotten a bit flustered lmao. The Story and premise around the game were absolutely superb with a very creepy environment! Great job so far, and I'm looking forward to the full release!!
The first was when I put the lift in place to get the lady out of the slot, it took me a while to figure out how to pull her out ( sometimes im dumb lol thats on me ) but when i did figure it out, it wouldnt let me interact with the lift anymore. The other 2 were when I was inspecting the body, I had to find 2 markings but there was only one both times. I drug the mouse over every part of the body I could, but nothing. And it said the one contusion I found was on her left shoulder even tho it was on her forearm. I think that happened bc I was in the shoulder view when I clicked on the contusion. But seriously I loved the game and Im looking forward to the final product!

This updates demo is absolutely amazing. Definitely an improvement. little bit of story, plenty of scared and perfect sounds. Can't wait for the full game.

Having recently played the Teaser Demo after finishing the original Protoype Demo a year ago, I can easily say without a trace of doubt that the full game is going to be a hell of a horrifyingly good time!
The game was incredibly scaring and it got me a lot of times.. I also have to admit that it was the scariest horror game I've ever played from itchio..

1. Even scarier than the previous demo! It gets only better and better. I can clearly see that the developer knows how to manipulate player's points of attention to sneak in the best and the most unpredictable scares. Moreover, what's amazing is that the scares script is flexible (I mean that I played through the game 3 times and each time I saw some new scares I didn't notice before and they were happening at a different time). That's incredible cause that leaves so much replayability value.
2. Secrets. I LOVE how the demo hints that there will be so much more to the game. Can't wait to see what the actual night shift is going to look like.
3. Detailed facility. It's so nice to see how much thought was put into that building. So many things to interact with. It's just so refreshing to have multiple items that you can use instead of looking for 1 scalpel like other games do.
Disadvantages:
1. Well, it's very obvious that thought the building is very detailed, the outside space looks very empty and boring. I wish it would get some more attention and would hold some secrets too.
2. The main character's reaction to what's happening doesn't make sense at all. I know that this demo is a teaser and it takes the story out of the context but still. Why can't you just nope the frick out of that place. The dedication of tha main character, damn.
Overall:
LOVE IT. Can't wait for the full release! I'd rate is as the demo 9.2 mortuary assistants / 10.

Both 1 and 2 are addressed in the main game. There is a reason she can’t leave though I do plan to have a system that will change her delivery of lines depending on how recent a spooky event happened. We’ll see what I can churn out. Depends on my ability to pay voice actors beyond what I need for the project to be done.
Outside is getting more stuff and there will be game-play out there. Just wasn’t necessary for the demo. however, I did want the player to be able to see that there was more than just in the Mortuary. Thanks for playing!!

What were the events that caused you to restart? I’ve gotten a few mentions of certain points in the game now so I’m trying to hunt them down.
